📋 Description

• Build, coach, and direct a team of product managers
• Own the multi-year security roadmap spanning encryption, IAM, and zero-trust frameworks
• Drive strategy for acquiring certifications (FIPS, Common Criteria, FedRAMP)
• Oversee threat-response protocols and vulnerability lifecycle management
• Partner with executive leaders, Sales, and Marketing to articulate the security value proposition

• Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing product management teams
• Deep technical knowledge of security protocols, encryption, identity management, and storage
• Understanding of security compliance frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, FIPS, GDPR)
