Director of Product Marketing

📋 Description

• Own HappyRobot's product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, launches
• Develop and maintain core product positioning, messaging frameworks, competitive differentiators
• Lead go-to-market strategy for major features and announcements, partnering closely with Product
• Define the key personas, including business and technical stakeholders, across all our target
• Build and scale product marketing assets across launches, website content, sales materials
• Create scalable sales and customer enablement programs, including decks, one-pagers, FAQs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B technology, enterprise software, AI
• Proven experience owning product marketing strategy and leading cross-functional go-to-market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and how to position technical products for
• Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience developing positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market
