📋 Description

• Own launches end-to-end for AI Control Tower, from planning and messaging through execution
• Drive web and digital presence, shaping how AICT shows up on servicenow.com and across digital
• Partner on demand gen and digital campaigns with campaign and field marketing to build and optimize
• Create the content engine with briefs, web copy, launch assets, sales enablement, campaign content
• Translate a technical, fast-evolving product into a clear story for governance, security, and IT
• Work closely with VP+ stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and to make sure launches

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product marketing, with strong chops in launches, web, content, and digital/demand gen
• Real enthusiasm for AI, security, and governance. You read about this stuff for fun, not just for
• You use AI tools yourself, already, to work smarter and faster, and you're excited to bring that
• Comfort getting technical enough to talk credibly with product and engineering.
• A track record of running with ambiguity and multiple moving pieces without losing the thread or
