📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and develop product managers using a clear career-leveling framework
• Partner with product leadership and lead product managers to translate strategic direction into
• Establish and manage planning cadences that align product work with company priorities while
• Define and maintain consistent practices for product specifications, quality assurance, release
• Build frameworks for tracking expected versus actual results at team and feature levels
• Design and oversee clear processes for routing and resolving production issues, urgent requests

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in product management or product operations
• Four or more years of direct experience managing a team of product managers
• A proven track record of building or improving product planning, delivery, and outcome-measurement
• Demonstrated experience hiring, coaching, developing, and establishing career levels for product
• Experience managing support operations or escalation processes alongside roadmap planning and
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work directly with data, dashboards, and
