🎯 Requirements

Significant experience in Product Management/Operations or Program Management leadership.
Experience building or scaling product teams.
Strong Product Management foundations and lifecycle understanding.
Ability to work with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers and delivery teams.
Experience across Product, Engineering, Delivery and Leadership.
Strong organizational and planning skills; balance short- and long-term goals.
