📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payments product strategy; define multi-year vision.
• Expand processor integrations to unblock Sales/Activation globally.
• Build and scale payments platform; include card-on-file, tokenization, fraud, reporting.
• Coach teams to develop payments domain expertise and leaders.
• Orchestrate GTM with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing; enable payments and close enterprise deals.
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; make build-vs-buy decisions; ship MVPs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management; 3+ years in payments.
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems: acquirers, processors, gateways, PCI, tokenization.
• Track record launching and scaling payments from 0 to 1 with measurable impact.
• Experience navigating regulated environments and complex integrations with processors/PSPs.
• Strong product judgment balancing security, compliance, UX, and commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise deals; vertical B2B SaaS a strong plus.
