📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Payments and Wallet, spanning consumer payment
• Launch new banking and wallet products from 0 to 1, and scale it into a durable revenue stream.
• Own the P&L for the Payments and Wallet business, including revenue and margin targets, cost of
• Build, lead, and grow a team of product managers.
• Ensure operational excellence for risk ops and payment ops.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business Development to expand payment coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and growing product teams.
• Track record of launching a banking, wallet, or financial product from 0 to 1 and growing it into a
• Direct P&L ownership, with demonstrated results driving revenue and managing cost structure for
• Experience building and scaling global payments products, including processors, banking partners
• Risk management and fraud expertise, including chargebacks, authorization optimization, KYC/AML
• Technical approach: comfort going deep on platform and implementation details, and ability to
