Director of Product, Product Led Growth

📋 Description

• Define and own the vision for Temporal's self-serve experience — setting the strategy for how new
• Lead and scale product-led growth initiatives that drive activation, adoption, and expansion
• Build, mentor, and develop a team of PMs focused on growth and self-service, establishing a
• Partner at the leadership level with Marketing, Growth Engineering, Design, and GTM to align PLG
• Establish the measurement framework — defining and owning key metrics such as activation
• Champion the developer experience at an organizational level — ensuring onboarding, documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of product management experience, with significant time in senior or leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience building and leading PM teams, with a track record of developing strong
• Deep expertise in product funnels, activation metrics, experimentation frameworks, and lifecycle
• Strong executive presence and communication skills — able to set direction, align stakeholders, and
• Fluency with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, BigQuery, or similar) and the ability to
• Familiarity with open-source or developer ecosystem products is a strong plus
