Director of Product Program Management

📋 Description

• Operationalize the product operating charter across all product lines, including cadences, decision
• Design and orchestrate end-to-end launch and release management processes connecting Product
• Stand up instrumentation and reporting for product usage, roadmap/delivery dashboards, VoC/feedback
• Act as operational bridge between Product and Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success
• Onboard PMs into operating model, codify playbooks, and scale operating maturity of the product org.
• Own portfolio delivery timelines, milestone tracking, forecasting, and commitment integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS across product operations, product program/portfolio management
• Proven ownership of cross-functional launch/release management connecting Product and Product
• Experience operating across a multi-product or platform portfolio, managing cross-team dependencies
• Fluency with product ops tooling and data (roadmapping, backlog/agile, product analytics)
• Exceptional operator's instincts: organized, systems-thinking, low-ego, influence without authority
• Preferred: GRC / regulated-industry SaaS exposure and experience taking a platform or
