📋 Description

• Lead and develop a Product & QA team of approximately 4–5 direct reports through coaching
• Own the complete product lifecycle across certification, accreditation, and professional
• Define product strategy and roadmaps based on market needs, stakeholder feedback, organizational
• Monitor product performance and relevance, using data and stakeholder insights to guide
• Maintain accountability for quality assurance and ongoing compliance with accreditation

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quality, engineering, science, business, or related field
• Bring at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing product, quality, or program
• Experience with certification or accreditation programs within the conformity assessment ecosystem
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO/IEC 17024 and related certification or accreditation frameworks
