📋 Description

• Develop and execute long-term product strategy using data and market insights
• Identify new growth opportunities and build business cases for product investments and research
• Partner with Researchers and ML Engineers to communicate value and influence outcomes
• Conduct competitive intelligence and customer research
• Collaborate with GTM and Operations to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Lead with hands-on approach, coaching teams and elevating performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 8+ years in Enterprise Product Management, Business Operations, Strategy, or related roles; 4+ years people management
• Experience leading product strategy for complex hardware-software systems; deep knowledge in Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, Computer Vision, or ML preferred
• Strong analytical, data-driven, commercially-minded mindset to scale from 0 to $100M+ ARR
• Proven ability to build consultative relationships with external partners and internal teams at all levels
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain attention to detail
