Director of Product, Subscriber Value

📋 Description

• Own the subscriber value strategy, including membership portfolio architecture, tier design
• Define and execute the subscriber value roadmap, including freemium features designed to increase
• Develop strategies to grow revenue per membership while determining when incremental monetization
• Lead the portfolio of premium services delivered through third-party partners, from opportunity
• Own pricing and packaging strategy, including price architecture, promotional and discount
• Build compelling business cases for pricing and packaging changes and guide initiatives through

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consumer product management, including at least 5 years owning
• Demonstrated success developing subscription strategies that generated business growth and
• Extensive hands-on experience with pricing and packaging, including successfully implementing price
• Proven experience delivering product initiatives through commercial partnerships, including
• Deep knowledge of mobile subscription mechanics, including App Store and Google Play architecture
• Strong command of subscription unit economics, including lifetime value, gross margin, customer

🎁 Benefits

• US base salary range of $201,000–$294,000 USD, with final compensation determined based on relevant
• Total compensation includes equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
