Director of Production

📋 Description

• Lead stand-up and scaling US manufacturing ops
• Build production infrastructure from ground up
• Collaborate with exec leadership to deliver AI-enabled defense products
• Oversee manufacturing and AI integration in fast-paced env
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Mgmt, Contracts, Finance
• Ensure production lines, workflows, quality systems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive manufacturing/production exp, with 3+ in leadership
• AS9100/ISO 9001 and DoD manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR and defense programs
• ERP/MRP systems proficiency (Deltek Costpoint, NetSuite, SAP)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication
