📋 Description

• Own the delivery plan across live and core work.
• Improve studio delivery methods, tooling and quality gates.
• Own the quality bar and go/no-go for releases.
• Own external development: partner scopes, SLAs and outsourcing.
• Lead capacity, headcount and delivery-cost planning.
• Balance delivery output with team health to meet goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in production or delivery.
• Strong grasp of game development tech and limits.
• 10+ years in games/entertainment production with 5+ years leading.
• 7+ years in product development; shipped a title end-to-end.
• Experience across concept to live, plus QA, release and partners.
• Transformative leadership; strong written and verbal communication.
