Director of Program Management

📋 Description

• Drive cross-functional execution against organizational objectives, strategic priorities, and
• Orchestrate complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Platform, and business teams
• Partner with functional and executive leaders to translate strategy into coordinated plans, clear
• Lead organizational readiness and adoption initiatives for new systems, workflows, operating
• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable operating rhythms, planning processes, program
• Establish alignment and accountability through program reviews, stakeholder communications

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, product operations, or
• Demonstrated ability to design programs by working backward from ambitious business objectives
• Proven experience leading complex programs across multiple companies, business functions, and
• Experience managing integrations, migrations, organizational change, or other initiatives requiring
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, from executive alignment and
• Experience applying agile methodologies and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, coordination
