Define and own program KPIs: enrollment, milestones, service levels.
Create repeatable payor operating model and playbook.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
8+ years in program management, payor/provider ops, healthcare strategy.
Proven success managing complex client/partner relationships.
Strong PM skills; cross-functional delivery; solid business judgment.
Analytical, KPI-definition, spreadsheets/BI tools, data-driven.
Clear, concise communication and executive presence.
