📋 Description

• Oversee infusion referral and intake processes for client accounts.
• Manage client relationships with leadership and operational teams.
• Monitor referrals, turnaround, and documentation; surface barriers for resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and manage risk.
• Lead client implementations and ensure smooth go-live and transition to operations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance patient start times and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years in Client Success, Healthcare Operations, Intake, or revenue
• Strong healthcare reimbursement, referrals, authorizations, and onboarding knowledge.
• Experience with infusion services or DME/HME is a plus; familiarity with related systems
• Proficiency with healthcare platforms (WeInfuse, Brightree, CareTend, CPR+, R2, EPIC) and advanced
• Analytical, data-driven, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
