📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of preconstruction strategies for major infrastructure opportunities.
• Build and lead the preconstruction organization (estimating, planning, scheduling, procurement
• Establish standards, governance, KPIs, operating models, and continuous improvement for
• Lead project pursuit activities: Go/No-Go, capture planning, proposals, executive reviews, client
• Oversee cost estimating from conceptual to detailed validation; benchmarking and cost modeling.
• Drive constructability reviews, engineering coordination, design management, and value engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years EPC construction experience, preferably in energy infrastructure, power, industrial, data
• 10+ years leadership in preconstruction, estimating, project controls, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects valued at $500M+.
• Strong understanding of EPC, EPCM, CMAR, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build.
• Proven experience leading preconstruction for utility-scale plants, storage, substations
