Lead onboarding, implementation, and transformation programs across HSP's global services.
Ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and governance for multi-country engagements.
Serve as senior contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related; Master's preferred.
12+ years in program/project management, consulting, or professional services.
Experience leading global transformation and multi-country delivery.
Proven success managing senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Deep knowledge of Payroll, Accounting, HR, and Legal Entity Management internationally.
Strong financial acumen with forecasting, budgeting, and resourcing; payroll platforms ADP/CloudPay.
