Director of Project Management

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the PMO, defining methodologies, tools, templates, governance frameworks, and
• Create centralized intake and prioritization with visibility into portfolios, timelines, resources
• Oversee governance for enterprise transformation, including milestones, dependencies, risks
• Manage delivery partners and vendors by monitoring milestones, criteria, performance, and outcomes.
• Develop executive reporting on technology performance, delivery health, budgets, and commitments.
• Coordinate vendor transitions, insourcing, knowledge transfer, cutover plans, and closure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 8+ years in program and project management, incl. 3+ years leading a PMO/transformation or large
• Proven PMO capabilities in new processes, governance, and delivery standards.
• Experience managing technology transformation programs (data platforms, ERP, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies and choosing approaches by business need.
• Experience managing external vendors against milestones and outcomes.
