📋 Description

• Own delivery governance across the full portfolio for enterprise to high-volume accounts.
• Build a risk-visibility system with dashboards and escalation triggers.
• Define milestone gates and ensure team accountability across scales.
• Hire, develop, and lead a PM team; create career paths and scalable standards.
• Design scalable delivery models and a project coordinator function to support high volume.
• Partner with Architecture to align system design ownership with project accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in project or program management for software implementations; 5+ years leading a PM team.
• Direct experience delivering enterprise SaaS within delivery teams or partner organizations.
• Experience designing delivery models for multiple scales (high-touch and high-volume).
• Track record building or scaling a PM function or operating system where none existed.
• Comfortable owning project outcomes without owning the technical solution.
