Director of Project Management Office (PMO)

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the Project Management team, including goal setting, performance
• Build and maintain a high-performing PMO culture centered on accountability, transparency, trust
• Oversee the active statement-of-work and enhancement portfolio, maintaining visibility into
• Act as the primary escalation point for projects requiring additional leadership intervention
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance cadences, including weekly project health reviews
• Ensure project managers consistently meet delivery standards across scheduling, scope and change

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in people leadership or PMO
• Demonstrated experience leading a project management team and managing a complex, multi-project
• Proven track record of building or maturing PMO functions, including establishing scalable
• Previous experience leading or contributing to an Agile transformation is required.
• Strong experience managing escalations, client-facing complexity, and high-stakes delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required; a
