📋 Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Project Management team, including goal setting, performance
  • Build and maintain a high-performing PMO culture centered on accountability, transparency, trust
  • Oversee the active statement-of-work and enhancement portfolio, maintaining visibility into

  • Previous experience leading or contributing to an Agile transformation is required.
  • Strong experience managing escalations, client-facing complexity, and high-stakes delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required; a
