πŸ“‹ Description

  • Oversee day-to-day ops of student housing portfolio managed by PMs.
  • Supervise Portfolio Manager and Property Managers; guide leasing and budgeting.
  • Monitor occupancy, rents, concessions, delinquencies, expenses, and NOI.
  • Review weekly ops reports and monthly financials to drive improvement.
  • Lead annual operating budgets and portfolio forecasts.
  • Conduct site visits to assess ops, leasing, and resident experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–7 years in property management or real estate operations managing multiple properties.
  • Strong understanding of multifamily/student housing operations: leasing, budgeting, performance.
  • Experience leading and developing property management teams.
  • Proficiency in Entrata, Excel, or similar PM software.
  • Willingness to travel periodically; English and Spanish preferred.
