Director of Public Policy, UAE/Middle East

📋 Description

• Maintain and build relationships with regional policymakers and political figures
• Identify, monitor, and analyze policy issues affecting Roblox in MENA
• Develop and execute policy strategies around issues important to Roblox
• Assist the wider public policy team on ongoing projects and initiatives
• Advise internal stakeholders on policy matters for product and operations
• Articulate policy positions and produce briefs and consultation responses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, IR, or related field
• 10+ years of experience working with policymakers and stakeholders in MENA
• Deep knowledge of the MENA policymaking and public opinion process
• Extensive experience in policy analysis, strategy, project management, cross-functional partnerships
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
