• Define and execute the QA strategy across all Xsolla products.
• Own QA end-to-end from test planning to release sign-off.
• Establish quality gates and release readiness criteria.
• Evolve QA from reactive testing to proactive quality engineering.
• Represent QA at executive level with data-driven risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years QA/Quality Eng; 6+ years in director roles
• Led teams of 30+ QA across multiple time zones
• Hands-on proficiency: Python, JavaScript, Java
• UI automation: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins; API testing; SQL
• AI in QA: Claude and other AI-driven testing approaches
