Director of Quality Assurance

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic integration of generative and predictive AI tools throughout the SDLC, including
• Scale quality output in line with an AI-accelerated development organization, ensuring test
• Oversee the evolution of automated testing strategies for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Direct all activities of the QA organization, ensuring continuous validation, high platform
• Ensure QA practices, documentation, and evidence meet the requirements of a regulated healthcare
• Own the framework by which AI-assisted test artifacts are reviewed, approved, and evidenced

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of
• 10+ years of QA experience
• 5+ years of management experience at a Director level or equivalent senior leadership position
• Experience working within a regulated, compliant SDLC in healthcare or life sciences, with HIPAA
• Direct experience building and leading QA for a multi-tenant SaaS product
• Demonstrated experience introducing AI-assisted testing into an established organization
