📋 Description

• Define quality strategy and lead organizational transformation across the product portfolio
• Integrate AI-driven quality strategy with generative and predictive AI tools throughout the SDLC
• Scale testing capacity to match accelerated development output while tracking quality metrics
• Lead evolution of automation frameworks prioritizing Playwright and AI-powered self-healing
• Oversee QA function ensuring continuous validation and platform stability
• Maintain QA processes for regulatory compliance including HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP/CSV, SOC 2

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 10 years of QA experience
• At least 5 years of management experience at Director level
• Experience in regulated healthcare or life sciences environment with HIPAA and FDA 21 CFR Part 11
• Experience building and leading QA for multi-tenant SaaS product
• Success in introducing AI-assisted testing
