📋 Description

• Design, roll out, and govern a unified global QA framework spanning hardware manufacturing
• Establish strict Quality Control (QC) standards and testing protocols for unattended Ticket Vending
• Lead automated and manual testing strategies for ABT back-office software, open-API middleware
• Ensure all hardware, software, and integrated solutions strictly satisfy RFP requirements and
• Oversee testing and certification compliance for regional payment, security, and hardware
• Partner with OEM manufacturing partners, assembly vendors, and procurement teams to conduct

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive quality assurance and quality engineering experience, including 7+ years
• Deep Automated Fare Collection (AFC) and public transit domain expertise, with technical
• Lifecycle hardware and software quality literacy, demonstrated through hands-on experience managing
• Unattended payment and security compliance mastery, including direct experience navigating PCI-DSS
• Vendor and supply chain quality governance experience, with a proven track record of conducting
• Proven process excellence capabilities, with deep familiarity or certification in Six Sigma, Lean
