📋 Description

• Manage real estate legal matters: leasing, purchase and sale, financing.
• Structure, negotiate, draft, and close real estate transactions.
• Manage outside counsel: scope, budget, performance oversight.
• Direct foreign local counsel on cross-border matters.
• Negotiate and administer construction and design contracts.
• Support financing and secured real estate financings.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years real estate legal experience (in-house or big law).
• Deep experience in commercial leasing, purchase/sale, real estate deals.
• Experience managing outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience negotiating construction and design contracts.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Law degree from a top-tier school; active bar in at least one state.
