📋 Description

• Lead and develop a multi-layered recruiting organization, including recruiting managers and
• Build recruiting management capability through coaching, clear expectations, structured operating
• Own GitLab's most senior and executive-level technical searches in the region, including Vice
• Set sourcing, talent pipeline, and market strategies for hard-to-fill roles in artificial
• Advise senior Engineering and IT leaders on organization design, workforce planning, compensation
• Define regional hiring metrics and reporting, surface risks and bottlenecks to senior leaders, and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading recruiting in high-growth technology companies, including enterprise-scale or
• Experience managing recruiting managers or leading a multi-layered recruiting organization with
• Deep experience recruiting Engineering and IT talent, from individual contributor roles through
• A record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates for senior technical and leadership
• Deep knowledge of India's technology talent market and experience setting hiring strategy across
• Experience leading distributed teams and large, multi-portfolio hiring plans while advising senior
