Director of Recruitment (Sales)

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for CRE across multiple markets.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage brokers and pros.
• Build and nurture a robust candidate pipeline and onboarding.
• Manage outreach, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Track hiring metrics in Salesforce and other platforms.
• Partner with leadership to align hiring with growth plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or lead gen in CRE
• CRE brokerage/investment sales recruiting experience
• Onboarding and training program delivery experience
• Strong research, sourcing, and talent-mapping skills
• Manage multiple markets and pipelines; travel up to 15%
• Preferred: hospitality investment sales recruiting; Salesforce/LinkedIn Recruiter/ZoomInfo
