📋 Description

• Define store standards, SOPs, inventory control, and shrink processes.
• Write the new store opening playbook and select the retail tech stack.
• Establish visual merchandising standards aligned with BRUNT.
• Optimize associate engagement, training, floor coverage, and conversions.
• Define BOPIS, assisted selling, client tools, and cross-channel inventory.
• Directly manage Retail Strategy Ops Manager; lead expansion; travel to stores.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15 years retail leadership in apparel, footwear, or workwear.
• Proven track record scaling emerging/high-growth retail brands; 5+ stores.
• Build ops systems, labor models, selling structures from scratch.
• Deep fluency in 4-wall economics, labor, site analytics, lease evaluations.
• Strong communication and leadership; mentoring high-performing store teams.
