🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in Retail Media, Commerce Media, or related digital media.
• 5+ years of people leadership; proven high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel.
• Proven leadership of large-scale media investments tied to outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of measurement, attribution, and media effectiveness.
