📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end RCM ops to maximize cash collections
• Partner with Finance, Clinical Ops, Product, Tech, Compliance
• Oversee patient billing, coding, collections, payer ops
• Own vendor relationships with Candid and tech partners
• Drive compliant billing and revenue cycle analytics
• Support financial reporting and growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years healthcare RCM experience
• 4+ years of RCM leadership
• Deep knowledge of reimbursement methods
• Experience with denials, collections, payer relations
• Strong financial acumen and GAAP awareness
• Experience with healthcare billing systems/EHRs
