🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
7+ years in risk, underwriting, fraud, or compliance; leadership experience.
Strong trucking/freight industry experience; client/debtor risk, KYB/KYC, UCC, invoice verification.
Analytical, data-driven, with risk models, analytics, and workflow design skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership; able to lead offshore/distributed teams.
