Director of Safety

📋 Description

• Own the safety operating model and architecture
• Build systemic solutions for common in-home care hazards
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build tools and automation
• Develop programs to build a culture of safety
• Own reduction of workers' compensation spend
• Own vendor management and evaluate alternative models

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in safety, risk, trust & safety, or operations leadership
• Strong data skills (SQL, analytics, dashboarding)
• Experience using technology and automation to scale safety
• Experience owning workers' compensation end-to-end
• Track record building business cases for investment
• Experience building and managing a remote team
