📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of retail business with Grocery, E-commerce, Specialty, Discount
• Own customer P&L including shopper marketing and trade.
• Create annual business plans for retail customers to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategy and demand-building.
• Foster strong relationships with retail customers, including buying, marketing, leadership.
• Manage broker relationships and drive accountability for results.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated sales experience with grocery, natural/specialty, and discount retailers.
• 5-8 years of sales experience in CPG industry; startup experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strategic, customer-obsessed, and motivated by fostering partnerships.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Eager to leverage AI and automation for customer insights; travel 1-2x monthly.
