📋 Description

• Partner with Senior Vice President of Sales and assist on executing commercial priorities in the
• Coordinate with field and internal stakeholders on quarterly business reviews and analyze regional

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
• Significant leadership experience supporting U.S. specialty or rare disease field organizations
• Demonstrated knowledge in field force design, targeting and segmentation, territory alignment
• Proven ability to execute field enablement strategies, including onboarding, launch readiness
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to synthesize complex regional and
