  • 10+ years in Sales Ops/Revenue Ops with 5+ years leading teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace with GTM, CAC/LTV.
  • Expert HubSpot CRM design, automation, reporting, and lifecycle configuration.
  • Forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability.
  • Designing sales compensation plans, quotas, and incentives.
  • Collaboration with Data/Finance on reporting, ETL, attribution.
