Director of Sales, Payer/PBM

📋 Description

• Lead strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management of your portfolio of
• Generate new business pipelines with each assigned partner through sales training, webinars
• Develop a strong understanding of Vida’s clinical programs, care models and outcomes, and
• Lead strategic enablement and sales initiatives with our partners and internal sales leadership and
• Analyze and review performance of existing partners working closely with client success.
• Understand target customer’s business needs, leveraging consultative skill-set to create upsell

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
• 7+ years of experience with strategic partnerships, sales, business development, sales strategy
• Experience selling, positioning or supporting clinical programs, population health solutions
• Experience exceeding revenue and growth targets working directly with health plans and/or PBMs.
• Experience working at a health plan or PBM or in the employee benefits industry as a sales or
• Action-oriented leader who self-starts and motivates others; individual who enjoys thinking about
