Director of Sales - Remote (anywhere in the US)

📋 Description

• Own the AE organization's number — outreach activity, leads, conversion, and loan application
• Set and defend the team's production standards, and revisit them as the lead mix and product set
• Hire, develop, coach, and hold accountable the Account Executive team
• Own AE onboarding and ramp as a repeatable program with measurable time-to-productivity
• Own org design and the territory and coverage model, and build the AE headcount plan with Finance
• Maintain distinct playbooks for retail lending partners and for the broader lender and agent set

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of sales or business development experience in mortgage, real estate, or
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing sellers into consistent performers
• Demonstrated ownership of a sales number, with a track record of growing lead and application
• Deep understanding of how to sell into retail lending — how loan officers, team leads, and branch
• Ability to set the positioning strategy for a Buy Before You Sell product — including the case to
• Command of the competitive landscape, with the judgment to keep Knock's positioning ahead of the
