Director of School Operations

📋 Description

• Set campus-wide operations vision and annual priorities.
• Define operating model with RACI, SLAs, and escalation paths.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards for health and accountability.
• Hire, onboard, and develop the school-based ops team.
• Lead school budget strategy; purchasing controls and audits.
• Oversee front office, transportation, food service, and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years total operations experience.
• 2+ years leading school/site ops teams.
• Direct K-12 or youth nonprofit ops ownership.
• Budget management and vendor/contract oversight; RFP/negotiation; Spanish.
• SIS familiarity; GWS/MS 365; PM tools; Excel.
