Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of SEC reports and other external financial
• Lead technical accounting research and analysis, interpreting U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Evaluate complex accounting transactions and determine appropriate accounting treatments and
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial statements, supporting schedules
• Collaborate with senior management and other internal teams on accounting policies, financial

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting experience; Big
• At least 3 years of SEC reporting experience at a publicly traded company, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, particularly Regulation S-X
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing accounting staff.

• Base salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually.
• Total compensation range: $195,000–$275,000 annually.
