📋 Description

Lead Atmosera's 24x7x365 SOC operations
Improve security ops maturity, scalability, consistency
Own MXDR service delivery for clients
Serve as executive operational leader for client security
Provide Microsoft security ops leadership (Defender XDR, Sentinel, etc)
Lead incident response readiness and threat ops

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Cybersecurity
5+ years leading enterprise Security Operations or MSSP
Operational Excellence with repeatable processes
Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences
Collaboration across remote, cross-functional teams
Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, MS Security Ops, ITIL
