🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
8-10 years of software engineering with progressive leadership.
Experience leading engineering managers, multiple teams, or large initiatives.
Proven success delivering complex tech solutions from concept to execution.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
