📋 Description

• Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for our software products, ensuring
• Manage the design and development of scalable, robust, and secure application architecture
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including coding standards, testing
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous
• Recruit and retain top engineering talent, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; Advanced degree or
• Minimum of 12 years of qualifying experience
• Extensive experience in the management of engineering teams, with a strong background in migration
• Proven experience in a leadership role, with deep experience managing and scaling engineering teams
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture patterns, cloud computing, microservices, APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
