📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, ensuring high levels of performance
• Drive the strategy and execution of the solutions consulting function to support sales goals and
• Collaborate with other directors and VPs to align team efforts with sales strategies, ensuring
• Provide strategic input on product development and enhancements based on market feedback and
• Oversee the end-to-end pre-sales engineering process, including discovery, solution design, product
• Ensure Solutions Consultants are effectively identifying client pain points and tailoring solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a social science field
• Plus 18 months of experience in a solutions consulting or pre-sales role working with Netsuite
