📋 Description

• Lead and evolve how we identify, engage, and build relationships with top talent.
• Partner with Recruiting leaders, Hiring Managers, and Function Leads to translate business needs
• Deliver strong pipelines against hiring priorities and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Collaborate to calibrate target profiles and convert goals into actionable sourcing plans.
• Develop proactive pipelines for high-priority roles and improve candidate engagement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce hiring friction and raise sourcing quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in tech/high-growth.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Proven ability to solve complex recruiting challenges from strategy to execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Data-driven decisions using market insights to improve outcomes.
• Experience improving processes, tools, and workflows in recruiting/sourcing.
