📋 Description

• Lead SPED programs across KIPP Texas and behavioral supports.
• Oversee service delivery, staffing, and program effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor FBAs, BIPs, crisis response, and mental health collaboration.
• Align IEPs with curriculum, standards, and progress monitoring.
• Lead network-wide behavioral data systems and compliance.
• Coach SPED specialists; collaborate with families and Lead Professional Counselor.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• EC312 Special Education Certification required.
• BCBA preferred.
• 3-5 years leadership in school admin/sped/behavior with results.
• Experience overseeing SPED programs, behavior systems, and intensive needs.
• Experience developing and implementing federal/state/local SPED regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Outlook, and SIS.
