📋 Description

• Lead implementation of the Special Education Strategic Plan across programs and behavioral supports.
• Use achievement, functional, behavioral, and implementation data to drive decisions.
• Improve instructional quality and behavioral systems across campuses.
• Coach SPED Specialists and Lead Professional Counselor.
• Oversee ESY planning and compliance with IEPs and standards.
• Collaborate with families and leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree and EC-12 SPED cert; BCBA preferred.
• 3–5 years leadership in SPED or related field.
• Experience with SPED programs and intensive needs.
• Knowledge of IDEA and SPED regs; experience with FBAs/BIPs/crisis.
• Experience supporting crisis response systems and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Outlook, and SIS.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build capacity across campuses.
• Strong collaboration with families and stakeholders; equity focus.
